Scheduled cruises
- 7 days or more before departure: full refund minus payment-gateway charges.
- 3 to 7 days before departure: 50% refund.
- Less than 72 hours before departure / no-show: non-refundable, but one free reschedule may be allowed subject to availability.
Private charters & events
- 30 days or more: refund of amount paid minus 10% planning fee.
- 15–30 days: 50% refund.
- Less than 15 days: non-refundable; date change possible once, subject to availability and vendor charges already incurred.
Cancellations by us
If we cancel due to weather, safety or operational reasons, you receive a 100% refund or a free reschedule — your choice.
