Yes. For most cruises you can pay a 25% advance to confirm your booking and the balance up to 48 hours before departure. Private charters and events require 30% at booking.

Most Kolkata cruises board at Millennium Park Jetty on Strand Road or Prinsep Ghat Jetty. Your voucher shows the exact jetty, a Google Maps link and reporting time (30 minutes before departure).

Every cruise includes refreshments. Dinner cruises include a full buffet; luxury cruises include a tasting menu. Jain, vegan and kids' meals are available on request.

Our vessels serve mocktails and soft beverages. For private charters, licensed bar service may be arranged where permitted under applicable West Bengal excise rules — please ask our team.

Absolutely. Children under 5 sail free on scheduled cruises, and our lower decks are wheelchair-accessible with ramps at both main jetties.

All vessels are registered and inspected, carry life jackets for every guest, fire-fighting equipment and first-aid kits, and are operated by licensed crews. Read our Safety Guidelines for details.

Cancel 7+ days before departure for a full refund minus gateway charges, 3–7 days for 50%, and within 72 hours bookings are non-refundable but can be rescheduled once. Weather cancellations by us are fully refunded.
