How we use it
To process bookings, send confirmations and vouchers by email/WhatsApp, provide customer support, issue invoices and — only with your consent — send offers.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to deliver your booking (payment gateway, messaging provider, event vendors) and with authorities where legally required.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw marketing consent, by emailing us. We respond within 30 days.
Security & retention
Data is stored on secured servers with access controls. Booking records are retained as required by tax laws, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
