1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of this website and any booking made with Nauka Royale Cruises & Events (“we”, “us”). By making a booking you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and accept these terms on behalf of all guests in your party.
2. Bookings
- A booking is confirmed only when you receive a booking ID and the required payment (advance or full) has been received.
- Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are subject to GST as displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors before confirmation.
3. Boarding & conduct
- Guests must report at the jetty 30 minutes before departure with valid photo ID. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated once the vessel departs.
- The captain's instructions on safety are final. We may refuse boarding to anyone under the influence of intoxicants or behaving in a manner that endangers others.
4. Changes by us
Sailings may be delayed, re-routed or cancelled for weather, river conditions, government advisories or safety reasons. In such cases you may choose a free reschedule or a full refund.
5. Liability
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking, except where law provides otherwise.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at Kolkata, West Bengal shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
