Royal Hooghly Sunset Cruise
Golden hour beneath Howrah Bridge
₹1,499/ guest
Two iconic bridges, a dozen historic ghats
The stretch of the Hooghly between Vidyasagar Setu and Howrah Bridge is Kolkata's most spectacular waterfront — lined with Prinsep Ghat's Palladian memorial, the colonial warehouses of Strand Road, Babughat, and the flower market at Mullick Ghat. It is the home port for our sunset, dinner, party and charter cruises.
From the water you see Kolkata the way it was built — facing the river. The Hooghly was the reason the city existed, and the ghats, warehouses and bridges tell 300 years of history in a single evening.
Board 30 minutes before sunset to catch the golden hour behind Howrah Bridge, then watch both bridges light up at dusk. Dinner cruises show off the illuminated skyline at its best.
Millennium Park is a 5-minute walk from B.B.D. Bagh and Eden Gardens. Nearest metro: Esplanade or Mahakaran. Paid parking is available on Strand Road.
