Processing time
Approved refunds are initiated within 3 working days to the original payment method. Banks may take 5–7 working days to credit the amount.
Refund status
You can track refund status from My Account → My Bookings, or ask our support team for the refund reference number.
Non-refundable items
Payment-gateway charges, third-party permits already obtained (e.g. forest permits) and custom items already produced (cakes, printed décor) are non-refundable.
